Cacao has been my spirit animal. She has taught me how to connect to the Earth and take my own medicine. Cacao has the power to crack hearts open and connect you with your own light. Myths say that whenever the balance between humans and nature is threathened, the spirit of Cacao travels from the rainforest to all the corners of the world to open people’s hearts to support inner awakening and create harmony again. Cacao is one of the oldest master plants in Shamanism and has the power to take you on a deep journey within.
As a true superfood, cacao is often called “the secret of longevity”. Packed with antioxidants, magnesium and important trace elements the medicine supplies your body with long lasting energy. Xocolatl, a traditional chocolate drink made from raw cacao, water, sugar and spices such as cinnamon, vanilla and chili is not only tasty but a life elixir that has been part of people lives for thousands of years.
The theobromine naturally found in raw cacao is a mild, non-addictive stimulant that some believe can treat depression
The essential fatty acids found in chocolate may help the body to raise good cholesterol and lower bad cholesterol
The high antioxidant activity helps protect the heart, prevent cellular damage, and keeps us looking – and feeling – younger!
Cacao is also a great source of magnesium, which helps with calcium absorption, metabolism, and protein synthesis. It may also be useful in the prevention of or treatment for congestive heart failure, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, diabetes, and premenstrual syndrome.

Raw chocolate makes you feel vibrant, energetic and suuuuuper happy.
To me, cacao is more than just food. She is pure medicine for the heart and helps me connect with myself and the teachings of Mama Earth. Cacao is a tool for me to live my creativity.
I hold space for cacao ceremonies and create plant-based, vegan & raw chocolate that does not contain any dairy products, refined sugar, preservatives or manufactured cacao beans. Really raw food ingredients such as coconut blossom sugar or honey, virgin coconut oil, taoist & ayurvedic herbs, medicinal mushrooms and much love make every bite a true taste experience of what nature really has to offer.
