To perceive the ultimate truth we must silence the mind.

Yoga.

The ancient traditions of Yoga have provided us with timeless truths and a roadmap to navigate the soul’s journey to come into unity with all that is.

My whole life I have been wondering how mind-body and soul are connected with each other and how to purposefully navigate all systems within and without. My quest has led me back to the source: The banks of Maa Ganga & the Himalayas, Goddess temples in the North and South of India, ancient Yantras and Mantras that were given to me by my teachers. Secrets have been revealed to me as I opened the doors of receptivity within myself. What I found is nothing less than magical: timeless teachings that could be implement into my daily life in a timely manner, techniques that empower me to powerfully navigate energies, wisdom that unlocks the greatest mysteries of the universe.

The path of Yoga supports your own discovery of purpose. For life is a celebration of remembrance of who you really are:

SAT CHIT ANANADA

your essence is truth, pure consciousness and bliss.

The Yoga I teach is very much rooted in tradition and shared with devotion., offering you a direct and radical way to yourself and the interrelatedness with nature and the universe.

The practices may be used as an internal compass to navigate your life more readily and consciously. Yet to get most out of it you are required to commit, to go deep, to fully immerse yourself and plant a seed of deep faith.

Allow yourself to go deep within as it is the depth where the truth resides.

yatroparamate cittaṁ

niruddhaṁ yoga-sevayā

yatra caivātmanātmānaṁ

paśyann ātmani tuṣyati

-Bhagavad Gita 6.20

Yoga is the journey of the Self, through the Self, to the Self.

The technology of Tantra

It’s the intimacy with life that got me rooted in the view of classical tantra. It has shown me what it means to take responsibility for my own life by walking the path of self-mastery through radical commitment, surrender and a good portion of devotion.

The word Tantra has a wide range of meanings, hence also its wide range of different interpretations in this time. Translated the word Tantra means “to extend, stretch, spread, shine”. Tantra also means “instrument for expansion”.

To practice Tantra is to stretch ourselves. To extend our capacity for attention. To spread energy within and without.

In its classical form Tantra is a technology of directing energy consciously. Life evolves itself through a symphony of ongoing rhythms. Brains have waves, hearts pulsate, breath oscillates, the senses vibrate. Tantra can be thought of as attending to these energetic rhythms. It’s the intimacy you establish when you are deeply connected to the pulses of life.

Tantra is but an activation of your entire system that weaves together all elements of life- mind, body, emotions, breath, soul, individuality and infinity- into one exquisite tapestry.

Elements of Classical Tantra include

  • Asana, Mudra

  • Mantra & Sacred Sound

  • Yantra, Sacred Geometry

  • Breath & Kriya

  • Attention, Visualization & Meditation

  • Puja & Sacred Ritual
