We are bringing together the best of the best! Expect daily activating Breathwork & Kriya, Vinyasa Yoga Classes, afternoon workshops and/or nourishing Yin Yoga and Slow & Deep Asana classes to slow down, restore and integrate. Evening Kirtan & Sound Healing will be the cherry topping! The program will nourish you and at the same time support you in your transformational processes so you leave the Retreat recharged, rejuvenated and with more clarity for 2025!
