Welcome to Tignano
The current village of Tignano is a rural complex dating back to the early 1600s, but its name refers to an ancient Roman origin. All old structures have been completely renovated using only original, traditional and natural materials, wherever possible. Located in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, it is the perfect place for those who wish to combine art, healing modalities and nature. The Retreat space has apartment style rooms with a lush Tuscan garden, a pool and sun beds, a stunning terrace overlooking Tuscan hills and the most amazing chefs to prepare abundant Italian feast.

YOGA PROGRAM
Expect energizing morning classes, soothing Yin Yoga & Pranayama classes in the evenings, Mantra Circle and sweet Meditation moments. The classes are designed to fit all levels from all backgrounds. Simply come with an open mind and open heart!

FOOD
All meals are prepared from mostly local ingredients. We believe nutrition plays a major role in the Retreat and therefore we choose high quality vegetarian and vegan dishes to support our time together. We will have two big nourishing meals a day (Brunch and Dinner) overlooking the Tuscan Hills.
